Royal Dutch Gazelle is the market leader in high quality electric and lifestyle bicycles in the Netherlands. For more than 130 years we design and assemble over 350.000 high-quality bicycles each year for our home-market and export markets in Europe and the US.

Our brand, sales and service is getting more traction in Denmark, Sweden and the UK. To strengthen our position within the commuting and leisure segment we have an interesting job opening.

That’s why you want to be our Regional Trade Marketeer

• Together with your regional team and HQ, you turn dealers and key accounts into true Gazelle ambassadors and boost Gazelle’s brand awareness.

• You run and develop our Ebike Testcenter with the team to increase its value and grow the visitor numbers.

• For the love of the ride. Cycling makes everybody feel good.

Key responsiblities

• Create and execute successful retail marketing and promotions for Gazelle Dealers and events with the Account Managers

• Run our day to day team for the Ebike Testcenter in Copenhagen.

• Develop in store activities and events at our Testcenter along with the team.

• Help to grow traffic for the Testcenter along with the Regional Brand marketeer.

• Own and lead successful dealer events and bike launches for our wholesale marketplace across the region in alignment with local and global stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketeer as one team and the Account Managers in the Region.

• Engage and develop content to our retailers/dealers via events and our Ambassadors Club, mailings, Social media and digital marketing platforms.

• Generate shared marketing plans to boost sales with our retailers, with a stronger focus on retail chains and key accounts.

• Responsible for POS materials in cooperation with headoffice

All of the above applies to the countries within the region: Denmark, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The ETC is only active in Denmark, but we aim to find a touch towards Sweden from CPH. 

Your qualifications

You know what it takes to turn brand vision into retail success.

• Working experience in retail marketing, preferably in the (Danish) bicycle business.

• Creating, developing, executing and organizing from A - Z is what thrives you.

• Take real ownership and execute.

• A true collaborator and bridge-builder.

• Ideally living in/near Copenhagen, and willingness to travel every now and then.

• Self-motivated, ability to work without close supervision.

• Native/fluent in Danish and fluent in English.
